The creamiest complexion, lips TDF, and *just* enough baby chub. Her daddy is also a pretty skilled photographer...just LOVE that canvas he created for his wifey up there.

but only if it's NOT windy and if you're not around any cactus. We had all these big plans for the balloons and quite literally we lost all but one within minutes of going outside. Oh well. She managed to be an adorable little ham without them.

came by the studio a few months ago to show off his pushing up skills. Still has the BEST hair on any baby EVER (need more proof?) and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what new tricks he has up his sleeves for me when we get together again next month.

His birth was so calm, so uncomplicated, so bittersweet. His family is about to leave me town :-( and it's going to be tough not to see him and his big sister grow up in person like this anymore. But I'm going to hang onto these moments and I can always say, "I've known you since before you were born..."

While I've photographed a few c-sections before, I've never actually photographed THE c-section until now. What an experience!!! Modern medicine is certainly something to marvel. I couldn't get over how *fast* it was...beginning to end. Wow! Quite amazing.
