I was so honored to be asked to capture this family before they moved away from Austin this summer. We explored the city and tried to bottle up everything that makes Austin so special. We celebrated the fact that this was their daughter’s birth place. It was just another one of those perfect Austin evenings, but with a touch of melancholy. I’m sad to see them go…I truly enjoyed the times I’ve spent with them and who knows? Perhaps we’ll get to hang together again someday.

And isn’t baby girl one of the most photogenic kids ever??? Those eyes! Those soulful eyes!
