Xpressions (mini sessions)
[As with all Xpressions sessions, these images have only received basic edits and have not been fully enhanced or retouched in any way. They represent the kind of images you'll receive on your CD of digital negatives from this session type. More images from past Xpressions sessions can be found here and here.]

NOTE: Starting December 2010, only individuals who have had a Premium Session within the past year from the Xpressions date will be able to book an Xpressions session.

Xpressions are all-inclusive, flat-rate, limited edition mini-sessions offered once a month as an alternative to the longer, more-personalized Premium Session. These are perfect for when you need to quickly mark a moment in time:
- Maternity portraits
- "Baby's First Year" - typically at 4 months, 7 months, and 1 year.
- Milestones (starting school, birthdays, loss of first tooth, etc.)
- "Mommy and Me"
- Bridal portraits
- Senior portraits
- Headshots
- Pets (certain locations only)
- Just need that *one* picture for your holiday card
Xpressions Sessions are $550 (or less - Premium clients qualify for discounts) and include:
- A session lasting 30-45 min.
- Up to 3 members of the same immediate family [ie. mom, dad, and child; pets DO count in this number; babies must be at least 4 months old] - NO EXCEPTIONS: with such a short session period, it just doesn't work with more people.
- Location, date, and times are set in advance
- A clothing change 1/2 way through (if needed)
- The digital negatives on CD - after the session, I will delete images that are no good (out of focus, eyes closed, etc.), but then you get ALL the rest! There will be at least 50 files, but usually much more. These files will receive basic edits, but no further retouching. See below for examples of digital negatives.
- Printing release for your digital negatives. (Files are printable up to 8×10)
- 1 fully retouched 8×10 enlargement of the artist's favorite image. Enlargements are printed on metallic paper with linen texture and mounted for durability.
- Option to purchase additional prints (fully retouched, metallic paper, linen texture, matboard)
- Amazingly quick turnaround: your CD will be shipped to you within 2 weeks, usually sooner!
